Lorem Ipsum Pastoral Support

Support

Academic support does not come second to the active social life of TKC Collegians. Aside from the pastoral care provision in the Colleges, there is also a network within TKC to assist students with the academic side of university life.

The Academic Mentoring Program is run each semester in TKC to provide academic advice and assistance to any and all residents. Group tutorial and study support is offered by the Resident Fellows and selected high achieving senior residents in as many disciplines as possible but with regular focus on medicine and engineering subjects. Residents requiring special support can be provided with particular one on one mentoring if required.

Peer Support

Due to the large numbers in TKC many students are studying the same or similar courses facilitating an excellent environment for peer to peer learning. Floor study rooms were built on each floor of the new buildings to create spaces where residents could do group projects or engage in collaborative learning by studying in groups.
